GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from Vienna as insured packages. We ship all across the EU. Orders received during Monday – Friday before 11.30 a.m. (Central European Time) are dispatched within the same business day and orders received after 11.30 a.m. (Central European Time) will be dispatched the following business day. 

Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

The specified shipping times are the usual shipping times estimated by our shipping partners. Please note that unexpected delays (holidays, strikes, errors in the post office or in the specified address, overloading of the post office or unforeseeable events) may occur of which we have

no control over and therefore we can not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Free delivery for Austria, Germany & Rest of Europe is based on standard shipping.
1 Day Express shipping between working days (Mo-Fr) only. Express orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Mondays.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore every buyer has to assume responsibility for these potential additional costs. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation by email, which contains your tracking number. The number allows you to trace your parcel at any time.

If there are delays in the dispatch route or obstacles to delivery, the best thing to do is to contact the deliverer by phone to clarify any address errors:

RETURNS

Orders can easily be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept returns if they have been made on time. All returns should be sent back with tags and seals intact and in the original packaging provided. Will not accept returns of any worn items or which have had their security tags removed. Returned pieces must be in their original condition, products must be new and unworn. If possible, please use your original shipping packaging. in accordance with our return policies below. 

Please note that due to our fair pricing and sustainability model, we do not offer free returns. The costs for the return shipment are therefore to be paid by the customer.

If you wish to return your purchase please contact us via mail@elviragreblic.com to inform us about your refund with an reciept copy, order number and reason of refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.Customized pieces cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the refund has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed and the amount will be refunded within 1-2 weeks using the payment method originally used for the purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded (for shipments outside the EU).

Please not we cannot take responsibility for any items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service of your choice to return your items safely to us. Please make sure that your package is insured, and the original order confirmation is attached. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for lost items during shipment.
